Partnership Schools is looking for a Special Projects Manager and Executive Assistant to the Superintendent to begin in May 2016. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, has a passion for education reform, and is ready to dive into a fast paced, exciting entrepreneurial work environment.
At the Partnership, we are developing a new model of urban Catholic education, a model that draws on the rich traditions of Catholic schools and leverages the innovation and lessons learned from charter networks over the past two decades. We partner with several nationally recognized organizations, including Teach Like a Champion, Student Achievement Partners, Eureka Math, Amplify, and Core Knowledge. Applying to work with us is an opportunity to become part of something truly unique. We are eager to meet candidates that are excited and motivated by the challenge of building from the ground up.
If you are interested to serve as a pioneer in education, with a "by any means necessary" attitude, we want to hear from you!
The Special Projects Manager and Executive Assistant to the Superintendent is an integral member of the Partnership team who reports directly to the Partnership’s Superintendent, while regularly assisting all members of the academic team and high-level external partners. Your role is outward facing as you work not only with members of the academic team, but coordinate across teams within the organization and with our teachers and leaders in the schools. The ideal candidate will be driven by a commitment to the overall mission and success of the organization, a strong desire to learn the inner-workings of a non-profit organization and a general interest in new educational models and education reform.
