Jennifer Gerber
Deputy Director & Director of Strategy

In concert with the Partnership senior team and board of trustees, Jen is responsible for the organization’s strategy and planning.  She played a lead role in architecting the major strategic shift that resulted in the Partnership network.  As part of this effort, she created the business plan which detailed the rationale, goals, supporting organization and required capabilities, budget, and metrics for the network. Jen’s affiliation with the Partnership began in 2006 when she joined the board of the former Endowment for Inner-City Education.  As a trustee, Jen sat on the Allocations Committee.   In 2010, she began working as a consultant for the Partnership and was appointed the Director of Strategy and Partner Engagement in 2011. 

As part of Jen’s commitment to creating educational opportunity for low-income students, she has served as President of the Richard and Susan Braddock Foundation which focuses on inner-city education in the New York area since 2004.

Both before and after earning an M.B.A. at the J. L. Kellogg School of Management, Jen was a management consultant for Booz & Company, working for some of the world’s largest media and entertainment companies. Jen received her B.A. from Princeton University.
