Senior Director of External Relations
In concert with the Partnership senior team and board of trustees, Alessandra oversees the fundraising and communications efforts of the Partnership for Inner City education.
Alessandra joined the Partnership after serving as Senior Director of Institutional Advancement at the Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial, Inc. In that role, she helped build and deepen the organization’s fundraising and advancement efforts. Prior to that, she spent more than 12 years working in the criminal justice and prison-reentry systems, including serving as Director of the world renowned The Children’s Center at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility and Director of Development at Hour Children, an NYC-based organization that provides comprehensive programs and services for incarcerated women and their children.
She is currently a Board member of Hour Children and serves on the Executive Committee of the Alumnae Board of Miss Porter’s School. She earned a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
