Ms. Kaszynski, a native New Yorker, taught English, Reading and Theatre Studies to 9th through 12th graders at Louis D. Brandeis High School prior to becoming its Assistant Principal/Pupil Personnel Services Provider. In this capacity, she supervised guidance services for Brandeis’ 2,700 students. She has permanent NYS certification as a School District Administrator, and as of September 2014, is beginning her 13th year as principal of Mt. Carmel-Holy Rosary School in East Harlem. She has an M.A. in Theatre from Hunter College, an M.A. in Religious Studies from the Institute of Religious Studies at St. Joseph’s Seminary, and a Professional Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision from Fordham University. She is very grateful for her own Catholic school education which opened the doors of opportunity for her and is happy to now open similar doors for her Mt. Carmel-Holy Rosary School students.
